About the Role
We’re seeking a Founding Account Executive who can own the full sales cycle across a diverse set of opportunities. You’ll field steady inbound demand from SMB clients, nurture and expand mid-market prospects through an outbound motion you’ll help build, and maximize land-and-expand opportunities within enterprise accounts where our presence is already established but has vast untapped potential. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can define strategy and execute deals at every level, this role is for you.
Comp Details:
Annual Quota: $750K ARR
OTE: $200K
Structured as 30% base / 70% commission to maximize performance-driven earnings and align with our financial goals. In year two, after assisting us with a successful market launch, the commission structure will transition to a 50/50 split. This initial commission structure is only for the first year.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, leveraging a steady flow of inbound SMB leads while driving growth through targeted MidMarket outbound efforts.
Strategic Influence: Work closely with the Founder & CEO to refine our ICP, messaging, and overall sales methodology.
Large Deal Execution: Collaborate cross-functionally to guide enterprise-level deals through complex buying processes, with a strong focus on land-and-expand opportunities at large existing accounts.
Continuous Improvement: Provide market feedback to Product and Customer Success for ongoing iteration.
Champion of Culture & Growth: We “practice what we preach”—actively use Teamble AI’s tools to foster your own development and that of the team.

The Tough Parts

• Multiple Hats Required: You’ll be the BDR, AE, strategist, market researcher, and internal advocate for sales best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2+ Years of Proven Quota-Attainment Experience: Ideally in SaaS/B2B tech. Early-stage or startup experience is a plus. HR-tech experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable building processes from scratch and pivoting quickly.
• Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to exceed quotas.
• Adaptability: Flexible and fast on your feet, ready to evolve with product and market changes.
• Effective Communication & Closing Skills: Adept at storytelling, demoing, and negotiating deals with senior stakeholders.
