Become the first full-cycle Account Executive at Nesti. We’re looking for an experienced SDR or early-stage AE that is hungry to step into a full-cycle AE role in the start-up world, with the ability to own your own segment of the sales pipeline and shape the future of Nesti’s growth.

You will build and develop your own segment of our sales pipeline and be responsible for 360 selling. You will be trusted, given autonomy to do your own prospecting and lead deals through the entire sales cycle to closed won.

You will start at the sharp-end, selling mostly high-volume deals (£4k - £10k ACV) to early to mid-staged B2B companies (<500 employees) in tech. As we grow and expand, the number of industries and company-sizes that we can sell to is growing quickly as our product matures and expands to eat away at the broader market.
You will be working on the frontline alongside 2 of the founders (CEO & CRO), with the unique opportunity to help us shape a go-to-market from day one and have an immediate impact on our growth and sales success.
- 50% Base 50% Commission
- £35,000 Base Salary, £70,000 OTE
- £300,000 ARR Annual Quota (Post Ramp)
- 15% Base Commission, 30% Commission Above Quota (Uncapped)

- We sell to go-to-market teams, specifically sales & marketing personas in mid-sized technology businesses
- Full time is current 4 people, 3 co-founders and 1 engineer
- GTM team is 2 founders
- Raised over £350k from top tier VCs and angel investors
- Fast paced, agile, and ambitious culture
- Minimum 2+ years sales experience
- Experience in selling SaaS software successfully
- You’ve worked in sales at a startup before, with proven success
- You’re used to selling ‘unrecognised brands’
- Competent with HubSpot CRM and outbound automation tooling
- Semi tech-savvy
- You have sold to tech companies
- You have sold to sales & marketing teams
