Role:
- You'll build a substantial pipeline of clients via cold outreach, inbound and nearbound
- You’ll demo our technology and identify executive champions within a client’s organization - You'll build enduring relationships with CEOs and executives at prospective clients
- You’ll establish yourself as a resource to help them upgrade their overall business outcomes - You’ll represent Scoutr at trade shows and conferences
- You'll be ready to roll up your sleeves when there's an opportunity to add value, no matter how big or small the job
Must Haves:
- 4+ years experience in sales - bonus if experience in SaaS / Recruiting tech
- Love winning with clients; enjoy spending time with customers and are genuinely curious about how to make their business a success
- High-energy, optimism, and a collaborative mindset, plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tactical alongside the strategic
- Familiarity with CRM and other sales tools
- Continuous learner mentality - open to coaching and feedback
- Experience in an early growth stage startup environment - we're an agile, fast moving team and run hard at opportunities when we spot them
