Role Overview
As Tapistro’s first sales hire and a pivotal member of the team, you’ll own the end-to-end process of building and scaling our revenue engine. Working directly with the founders, you’ll own the full sales cycle from identifying high-impact opportunities, crafting tailored pitches, and closing deals that define our early success. This role is for a scrappy, strategic operator who loves ambiguity and thrives in 0-to-1 environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation: Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Create scalable sales processes – from outreach, to nurture, to closing across multiple channels e.g., outreach, networking, industry events etc.
- Market Intelligence: Continuously gather market insights and competitive intelligence to refine our sales and product strategies.
- GTM Strategy: Partner with founders on GTM strategy, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
