The Position
We’re seeking an experienced Outbound SDR in the US/Canada to join our Sales Department.

What You’ll Do
Prospect & Qualify: Research and connect with potential customers via email, phone, and social media.
Generate Qualified Pipeline: Drive awareness and interest through creative, personalized outreach campaigns.
Experiment & Iterate: Test and optimize messaging and outreach strategies.
Collaborate: Work closely with the VP of Sales to refine messaging and target audiences.
Move Leads: Qualify prospects and ensure smooth handoffs to sales reps.
Report & Analyze: Track key metrics and provide feedback on lead generation efforts.

Requirements
Embody our eight core values.
1-2 years of outbound sales experience (or a strong passion for sales).
Proven SDR experience in a high-velocity, earlier-stage business.
Strong time management and efficiency skills.
Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively.
Act with urgency and prefer simplicity over complexity.

Experience with HubSpot, Zoominfo, Aircall, Apollo, or Sales Navigator.
