How you'll make an impact:
As the Founding Outbound BDR at Cin7, you will play a pivotal role in driving our outbound sales efforts as we expand into new markets and target larger customers. This is an exciting opportunity to build the foundation of our outbound motion, helping shape strategies, best practices, and future team growth. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to target ideal customer profiles, generate pipeline, and drive Cin7’s success in acquiring high-value customers.
This is a full-time position based out of our Denver office, with the flexibility to work in-office 1-2 times per week.
A day in the life:
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage small businesses in the consumer goods industry, typically with 10-50 employees.
- Account Mapping: Pinpoint key decision-makers such as founders, operations managers, and inventory specialists to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
- Personalized Outreach: Develop customized messaging for email, phone, LinkedIn, and video communications to resonate with small business owners and their unique challenges.
- Pipeline Generation: Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities that align with Cin7’s goals for growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on customer needs.
- Process Development: Assist in refining our outbound playbook by building cadences and scripts tailored to smaller businesses in consumer goods.
- Data Management: Accurately log activities and track prospecting efforts in Salesforce to enable data-driven decision-making.

Previous experience:
- Previous SDR/BDR experience of 6-months or longer in the SaaS space preferred
- Salesforce experience
- Social selling through personalization via LinkedIn & Video
- Experience with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Qualified and ZoomInfo is a plus
