Who we are:

At Hyperbound (YC S23), we invented a new category in sales-tech to scale modern sales training for large enterprise sales teams. 2024 was a banner year, closing $1M+ in ARR fully founder-led sales in under 11 months, all from insane inbound with 90%+ win rate in competitive deals—at 1.8x the price point of competitors. We’ve built a repeatable sales motion, and voice AI is booming right now, and the best part is seeing prospects wow’d by the demo!

Job Description:

-Close large mid-market and enterprise deals in a high-growth environment (ACVs ranging from $30K to multiple 6 figures)

-Work with legendary Belal Batrawy to spin up a modern outbound motion

-You’ll be helping shape the sales org for the company

Compensation: $260K OTE + Cash bonuses/Accelerators + Equity

-A closer who is up for the challenge to figure things out on the fly

-Fun, resourceful, and hungry

-Thinks outside the box and helps design sales strategy in the office, alongside the founders, Atul Raghunathan and I

-Wants to be part of the next category-defining moment in sales tech (just like Outreach.io and Gong back in the day)

-Having sold B2B sales-tech before is a huge plus

-Relocate to SF (if not in the bay area)

About the interview

Initial Behavioral Calls

-We will have an initial behavior call to get to know you. This may be 2-3 rounds of conversations with co-founders, Sriharsha and Atul, as well as Belal, our Head of Key Accounts.

Discovery Call Breakdown

-You will be sent a real-life discovery call recording that we will ask you to listen to, break down, and prepare an account plan for.

Mock Discovery Call

-You will be asked to perform a mock discovery call with our AI roleplay bots on hyperbound.ai (aka use our product).
