Welcome to Onbrand, a platform that enables brands to manage their event sponsorships and discover onbrand events. Event managers can quickly submit their events to thousands of brands. The platform is used by well-known brands such as Liquid Death, Lemon Perfect, Super Coffee, Nestle, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Onbrand. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for closing quota and focusing on specific brand verticals, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth through strategic relationships.

Qualifications

  • Highly autonomous
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Travel frequently between NYC and LA.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related fields
  • Ability to understand market trends and client needs
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Hubspot
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the events / creator industry is a plus
