As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and driven Head of Partnerships - US to help us grow our footprint nationwide and bring our innovative solutions to more people.
Job Overview:
This role combines strategic thinking, business development, and communication skills. As Rogervoice’s Marketing & Partnerships Lead for the US Telecommunications Relay Market, you will develop and execute sales strategies while contributing to drive brand awareness, and build partnerships that accelerate growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams based in Paris (tech, design, finance…) while representing Rogervoice’s mission in the United States.
What You’ll Do:
As our Marketing & Partnerships Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and driving adoption of our services across the US. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Identify New Opportunities: Research and connect with potential partners, including telecom companies, medtech enterprises, hearing care professionals, retirement residence networks, government organizations, and non-profits, to expand Rogervoice’s reach.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for Rogervoice as the go-to, FCC-certified solution for accessibility in communication.
- Drive Sales: Lead efforts to onboard new clients and close deals that align with our mission and business goals.
- Analyze the Market: Stay ahead of trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the US accessibility and telecom space to refine our strategy.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams based in France to help deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our US audience.
- Represent Rogervoice: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase our solutions and build awareness. Help plan strategic roadshows with the Management team.

- Knowledgeable: Familiarity with accessibility solutions, healthcare policies, telecom services, or compliance regulations like the ADA is a big plus.
- Excellent Communicator: You’re confident, persuasive, and know how to build lasting relationships.
- Self-Managed: You’re comfortable working independently and thrive in a remote environment.
